Blue Rhine Industries devised a project management plan to execute the signage for Debenhams. We monitored residual risk and enforced risk reduction plans to help ensure the job was completed on time and within the client’s budget. We surveyed the site and completed all engineering drawings and structural calculations. The grade of sign was high and all quality control was analysed in our factory.
